Review iPhone Fitness App: lolo Treadmill Trainer – Day 4

This is the fourth in a series documenting my experience with the iPhone fitness app, lolo BeatBurn Treadmill/Outdoor Trainer.

Did anyone notice the date? Yes, that is a whole five days since I exercised last. I fell victim to another round of illness. As a matter of fact, after doing this workout, I think I should have waited another one or two days. I feel awful.  Right after I finished, I even felt the need to tweet my workout was a bad idea. I hardly ever tweet words.

It wasn’t so terrible while I was doing it, though it did feel much harder than the last workout. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but I woke up feeling good and thought it was time to get back to it.

I thought wrong.

My son warned me this particular bug, which he was so kind to share with me, had a way of lulling you into believing you were getting better and then would come back and remind you who’s boss. The germs are boss! I know that now.

Because of this, I don’t consider myself to be a very good judge of the effectiveness of this particular workout. I can’t get warm, and all I want to do is sleep. The germs win.
